Bryan W. Iwen, DDS
Dr. Bryan Iwen graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1996, and did his General Practice Residency at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in Minneapolis. He then practiced for one year in Green Bay before joining his father and wife at ABC Family Dental Services in 1998.
Bryan was born in Waukesha, WI and moved to La Farge at a young age when his father joined a Community Health Clinic there to practice dentistry. In 1976 Bryan's family moved to Luxemburg where his father opened ABC Family Dental Services.
Dr Bryan's outgoing and fun personality enhances patients experiences thus making their visit more enjoyable. He enjoys the professional relationships that he builds with his patients and values the time he spends with each of them.
Carmen Ayala-Iwen, DDS
Dr. Carmen Ayala-Iwen graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1995, and did her General Practice Residency at Isaac Coggs Healthcare Clinic in Milwaukee. She then practiced for one year in St. Paul, Minnesota before joining Dr. Bill Iwen at ABC Family Dental Services in 1997.
Being born and raised in Puerto Rico, she found a very caring and welcoming attitude that made her want to practice dentistry here, despite the cold winters.
Dr. Carmen has had advanced training in all phases of general dentistry, but especially in restorative and removable prosthetics. Her kind and professional demeanor gives her patient's a very relaxed and comfortable experience.
Their Story
Dr. Bryan and Carmen Iwen met in dental school at Marquette University. They got married in San Juan, Puerto Rico on June 15, 1996. In 1998 they purchased ABC Family Dental Services from Dr. Bill Iwen, and together they continue to provide comprehensive family dental care for the community. They have two children, Harold and Maria. They enjoy spending time with family, traveling and exploring the natural world.
Dr. Bryan and Dr. Carmen believe in the importance of continuing education and implementing the use of new dental products and procedures. They are active members of the WDA (Wisconsin Dental Association), ADA (American Dental Academy) and the local BDKDS (Brown Door Kewaunee Dental Society.) They are passionate about staying current with the latest technology, and regularly attend the Midwinter Dental meeting in Chicago with their dental staff.
